Multi-Needle Quilting machine production Line

This production line apply to polyester fiber, three-dimensional hollow, wool, cotton and other fiber as raw material, manufacturing production quilts, bedspreads, soft mattresses. This production line is of high degree automation, simple operation, 1 to 2 operators are enough. Raw material feeding to finished forming.

Applicable fibers: Polyester (synthetic 6D-15D × 52mm, 64mm), wool, microfibeer (0.7D-3D)

Capacity: 120kg ~ 160kg / hour

Production process: raw material → bale opener →opening machine→ cotton feeder→ carding machine →cross lapper→two layer fabrics feed → quilting → slitting, crosscutting → (edge packing) Finished

Raw materials fed to bale opener then to opening machine will become fluffy, then delivered to cotton feeder through a carding machine fine carded by cross lapper to adjust thickness, width, then automatically feed the two layer fabrics, multi-needle quilting machine quilting, at last set vertical edge, set the length of cross-cutting. If for making quilts, you only need one set edge trimming overlock machine for processing. That is enough.
